The staff was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.
On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. Location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
Would recommend staying in a double capsule if possible. Really nice inside with plenty of space. Only thing that lets them down is the temperature in the pods but I didn’t find it to much of a problem but I’d imagine others would have found it to hot to sleep. Would stay again for sure.
Grab is your best bet to get around the city. Very reasonable price only costing us $18 to get to universal from here. Really close to the MRT and walking distance of about 20 minutes to gardens by the bay.
Don’t know how people rate this highly - the pods are comfy enough but they’re SO HOT. the air doesn’t circulate properly. The pods are also so noisy so people coming home late throughout the night you then get woken up by the loud beeping from them unlocking their door and then the very loud sliding door. genuinely worst sleep of my life. Nowhere secure to store luggage, TV didn’t work in our pod, noise travels through the pods so easily

Stayed for one night while in transit. The location is perfect, surrounded by food and services.
Staff are nice.
Pod and place in general is clean and cared for.
But. It's noisy. The capsules are not well cooled, we needed to sleep with the doors open a bit (other guests also said the same to us.
But the hardest part was the interior lighting, it's not possible to turn it off. So all night, blue accent lighting around the tv and lit switches on the controls.
Oh and locals started playing drums from 5 am. And didn't stop until after 7am. I think that may be a once off tho.
Overall I liked it. But I'd book it with open eyes and reasonable expectations.
Love this place! Friendly and welcoming staff, secure, and love the capsule designs and they are comfortable! Strategically located at boat quay near fort canning, raffles place mrt stop, chinatown, and city hall! Good pricing as well!
They tried to design like spaceship but all plastic and you can hear every other people even they speak softly whistle to ear. Also it’s in bar street they play loud music till 3 am, you cannot sleep of loudness. Bathrooms are not clean. Rooms are half clean half not clean corners have dirt.
- No secure place for a suitcase
- No shoes allowed within the vicinity of the pods
- Building felt gross & not secure
- Pod door kept getting stuck & TV did not work
- Bathrooms were below average
- Blue light in the pod, no other alternate light. It gets irritating
- Pods themselves were clean at least, and smelled nice
We stayed for maybe 30 mins before we decided to just leave & pay more for somewhere else. Only got a refund for one out of two nights.
